E.M. Tech’s staff includes approximately 40 technical and administrative personnel. Our technical staff consists of three (3) registered professional engineers, a certified professional geologist, staff level engineers, and certified engineering inspectors and technicians. Our staff is highly qualified and experienced and has provided engineering, consulting and construction quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) services for numerous projects throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Mr. Shaz Moosa, P.E., the Principal Engineer, has over 30 years of experience in providing geotechnical and materials engineering, and construction QA/QC services. He has been providing these services in the mid-Atlantic region since 1986 and is very knowledgeable with regard to local conditions, governmental requirements, and acceptable construction procedures. Other key personnel, Mr. Rene Mariscal, P.E., Mr. Bruce Mills, C.P.G., Mr. Suman Sripathi, P.E., and Mr. Rasheed Ansari, C.E.T. have, on average, more than 25 years of experience in engineering, consulting, management, materials testing and inspection services.
E.M. Tech believes that the professional development of its staff is vital to maintaining a high level of competency. E.M. Tech encourages, and in some cases requires, its personnel to continue their training and education in order to obtain professional licenses and certifications.
