Our designs, reviews, and evaluations are based on the code requirements and the performance of the structures including; its suitability and practicality. Our focus is on the efficiency of our designs, which, when combined with our knowledge and experience assures a cost-effective product for our clients.
In addition, E.M. Tech’s team provides comprehensive design reviews for structural drawings and construction specifications prepared by others.

Tech provides recommendations and specifications for repairs and/or reconditioning of items displaying indications of distress or deterioration.
